We combine the best of both startups and established firms. We are driving innovation and creativity in the trading markets that will have a major impact.You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining key components that help drive the product. You will work with product, researchers, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced environment. Our teams closely collaborate with each other to solve difficult problems.Your contributions will have an impact on the future of trading and marketplaces. You will apply technology to solve that important problem of how to bring a buyer and seller together.Responsibilities:

  • Design, run, and maintain pipelines and tools for data collection from internal and outside vendors.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
  • Contribute to existing documentation and adapt based on product updates.
  • Triage product, or system issues and debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing the source of issues, and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Cross-team collaboration with Trading, Data Science, UI, and Product teams.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 5 years of experience with any of the following: software product development teams, low latency, market data, high availability.
    • Understanding and passion for open-source projects.
    • Excellent attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative.
    • Expertise in one language such as Python or JavaPreferred Qualifications:
      • 10 years of experience.
      • Experience with Financial Systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P/MarkIT, and FIX protocol.
      • Distributed architecture, messaging systems, real-time streaming.
      • Experience with C++, Java, Python
