Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team! The mission of the bookkeeper is to allow company leadership to achieve the highest level of financial visibility by keeping all books, accounts, and billings up-to-date and accurate.Responsibilities: Financial databases and account reconciliations are maintained in an up-to-date, professional manner to allow for accurate reports. Financial data collected and entered as required. AR, AP, and Payroll data entry and processing. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Experienced with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles. Computer/tech-savvy -ability to learn new software. Construction experience preferred, but not required. Detail-oriented Strong communicator Accountable Trustworthy
