    Holman has a great opportunity for a Logistics Lead to join our team in Roanoke, IN!

    Pay: $28/hr+

    Job Description
    • Lead, plan and train department members responsible for performing a variety of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled related to maintaining an accurate vehicle count.
    • Responsible for performing some of the most complex work in the department as well as administrative support duties.
    • Follow and monitor all processes for shipping and receiving of vehicles and offer support where needed to employees.
    • Maintain the Unidentified Units List and help with clearing each week.
    • Serve as a mentor/resource to other employees in the department for complicated issues.
    • Maintain inventories of all pre and post production vehicles and Assist in monthly inventory of preproduction vehicles on the ground.
    • Pull and stage vehicles for job/work orders.
    • Oversee sublet for accuracy and quality
    • Responsible for the shipment of vehicles and staging of vehicles for customers.
    • Responsible for completion of weekly shipping report, and weekly shipping label audit.
    • Properly check-in and move vehicles being delivered.
    • Assist in the security of the building.
    • Possess an understanding of decal and assist with securing vehicles daily for decal production.
    • Understand the value that quality plays in the overall success of the company, help in increasing the quality of our products for the appearance and safety for our customers.
    • Must comply with the company's safety policies and clean initiative standards.

      Education and/or Training:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
      • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
      • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
      • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

        Relevant Work Experience:
        • 2-4 years' experience in administrative services or related fields
        • Proficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
        • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required
        • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
