Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic and Finance Advisor I.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain student load tasks set by leadership team
Proactively identify at-risk student populations and provide
support
Monitor academic progress, financial aid, and student account
balances
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in advising or customer service
required
Experience in higher education preferred
Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
Knowledge of financial aid programs and FDCP Act
