Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer data to determine collectability of account
balances
Communicate regularly with customers to facilitate on-time payment
and follow up with past due accounts
Assist in collections-related data analysis and month-end
processes
Required Qualifications
1-2 years related collections experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field preferred
SaaS industry experience preferred
Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit
Strong knowledge of Excel
