Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: Shambaugh & Son is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. You will be doing administrative duties for the MPG Groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for ordering office supplies for MPG and job sites

* Enter time sheets, run weekly reports, modify reports as needed

* Create proposals/make changes to Sugar

* Scan contracts/purchase orders and upload into RVI and file

* Stock conference rooms and kitchenettes

* Ship drawings and other items as needed

* Reserve conference rooms for meetings

* Run batting average reports

* Help with project specific reports such as tracking overtime allowance and outside rentals

* Other miscellaneous duties/projects as needed


* Must be currently enrolled in college program

* Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher and Access.

* Effective communication skills

* Strong planning and organizational skills

* Ability to multi-task

* Must be a self-started and able to work with diverse groups of construction workers

* Proficient with time management
