Job Description:

state-of-the-art facilities across North Central Indiana, providing
clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation
of our healthcare services. This role demands a commitment to
delivering personalized patient care aligned with our mission to
enhance the health and well-being of our communities. Assist in the
examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a
physician Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping
the rooms neat and clean Interview patients, measure vital signs,
and record information on patients' charts Explain treatment
procedures, medications, diets, or physicians' instructions to
patients Perform administrative duties such as answering phones,
scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical records Arrange
for hospital admissions and laboratory services Administer
injections or medications as directed by a physician Strong
organizational and administrative skills Effective communication
skills, both oral and written Ability to handle sensitive
information confidentially Proficiency in electronic medical record
(EMR) systems Capability to perform clinical tasks such as blood
pressure measurements and inoculations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical
Assistant (CMA) from the American Association of Medical Assistants
or a similarly recognized certification Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required
