Job Description:

Marvin, a leader in high-quality, custom-designed windows and doors, is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our Engineering & Architecture Department. In this role, you will work closely with our design and production teams to coordinate architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all specifications align with Marvin's standards of innovation and quality. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical architecture skills, project management ability, and a passion for transforming residential and commercial spaces through thoughtfully designed products. Coordinate project activities with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow. Translate client requirements into project plans including schedules, resource allocations, and scope definitions. Manage project documentation, including compliance with all architectural standards and local regulations. Collaborate with architects and designers to integrate Marvin products into broader architectural designs. Provide technical guidance and support during the fabrication and installation processes to ensure alignment with design specifications. Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to all key stakeholders. Participate in client meetings, offering expert insights into the practical and aesthetic applications of Marvin products. Assist in the resolution of design challenges, working creatively and collaboratively to find solutions that maintain design integrity while honoring client visions. Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and architectural project management Ability to interpret construction data, plans, and drawings Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance 401k Certification from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) or equivalent PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is a plus
