Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an
accomplished and detail-oriented High-End Luxury Custom Home
Project Manager to lead the construction of architecturally
significant, estate-level custom homes. This role is responsible
for managing all phases of high-end residential construction—from
pre-construction planning through final delivery—ensuring
world-class craftsmanship, white-glove client service, and flawless
execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced,
client-focused environment and has a proven track record of
building homes that reflect the highest standards of quality,
design, and sophistication. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end custom home projects,
including homes valued at $2 million and above, ensuring excellence
in schedule, quality, and safety. Collaborate with discerning
clients, renowned architects, interior designers, and specialty
artisans to bring unique, visionary homes to life. Deliver a
premier, white-glove client experience throughout the custom home
build, combining exceptional interpersonal skills with business
acumen and project management expertise. Create and manage
comprehensive project schedules and logistics plans for complex,
multi-phase builds. Evaluate and implement advanced construction
methods and technologies suited to high-end residential projects.
Oversee the installation of rare, imported, or custom materials and
finishes. Maintain accurate workflows and financial tracking
aligned with project budgets, ensuring transparency and
accountability. Conduct meticulous inspections to ensure compliance
with architectural plans, specifications, and building codes, with
an unwavering commitment to excellence. Provide proactive
communication and progress updates to clients and stakeholders,
maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Supervise
and coordinate luxury subcontractors, specialty trades, and site
personnel to maintain project momentum and uncompromising quality.
Ensure seamless integration of advanced home automation, security,
and entertainment systems. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s
degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or
related discipline preferred. Minimum of 7 years’ experience
managing high-end residential construction projects, including
direct oversight of homes valued at $2 million and above.
Experience working with luxury home builders or on architecturally
significant, award-winning projects highly preferred. OSHA 10 or
OSHA 30 certified. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex
architectural and engineering plans. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-end home projects
simultaneously. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills,
with a history of inspiring excellence. Exceptional communication
and client relationship management, with a focus on discretion and
professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam,
and BuilderTrend; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and
transparency Impeccable organizational, analytical, and time
management skills. Maintains precision in scheduling,
documentation, and quality control. Professional appearance and
demeanor, with a commitment to excellence and confidentiality.
Proven ability to deliver under demanding high-end client
expectations and tight deadlines. Anticipates and resolves field
challenges with speed and professionalism. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The High-End Custom Home Project Manager must be able to stand,
walk, and move around construction sites for extended periods,
climb stairs and ladders, and safely navigate uneven terrain. The
role requires occasional lifting and carrying of materials or
equipment weighing up to 20 pounds. Candidates should be
comfortable working in outdoor environments with exposure to
varying weather conditions. Visual and auditory acuity is necessary
for reading plans and communicating effectively in noisy settings.
Manual dexterity for inspections and minor adjustments, as well as
the ability to operate a motor vehicle to travel between job sites,
are essential. Professional appearance and demeanor are required at
all times when interacting with clients, vendors, and
stakeholders.
