seeking a urologist for locum tenens coverage. About the Facility
Location While in northern Indiana, explore the Indiana Dunes, play
at the casinos, or find treasures along The Heritage Trail! About
the Clinician's Workday This position includes clinic duties along
with night call responsibilities. Call volumes average 2-5 patients
per night. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible and
hold an active Indiana license. The credentialing timeframe is
approximately 45-60 days. Additional Job Details - Case Load/PPD:
