    job summary:
    Industry leader seeks a Design Engineer to participate in new automation equipment and systems design projects. You should have a BSEE (or similar) and the above experience. Up to 50% travel is required, mostly within the midwest.     responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Research, develop, and design automated equipment and industrial automation systems for company plants
      
      
    • 
      Provide design concepts and sketches to leadership team
      
      
    • 
      Research new technologies that could assist in production effenciency and quality
      
      
    • 
      Design new manufacturing systems and redesign existing systems
      
      
    • 
      Work with project management team on project planning and implementation
      
      
      requirements:
      
      • 
        
      • 
        BS Engineering- Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related
        
        
      • 
        3+ years experience in systems design
        
        
      • 
        strong understanding of industrial automation, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc
