Ohio, Williams County. Our western boundary is between Ohio and
Indiana and northern boundary between Ohio and Michigan. Two

Virginia and Allied India located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

ReimbursementPurpose: Build machines, modify machines, and repair
machines to support the needs of the business with minimal
supervision.Essential functions:The ability to build, modify, and
repair machines to correct specifications to meet project
completion dates. Capable of operating appropriate tools to
complete projects. Ability to perform quality checks to make sure
machine assembly, modification, or repair has been done to
specifications and documented correctly.Ability to provide
continuous improvement ideas, innovations, and suggestions. Capable
of making recommendations and following through with changes on
equipment.Embrace innovative technology for the development of
automated processes safely and ergonomically.Utilize and maintain
CAD files and design programs to develop detail
drawings.Willingness to assist others on projects and follow-up on
those assignments.Ability to accurately estimate time on project to
completion. Ability to provide others the necessary information to
complete the project.Prepare weekly report of machine builder
activities.Ability to trouble-shoot to support production as
needed.Ability to support and train others.Ability to collaborate
with outside suppliers as directed by Supervisor.Desire to improve
machine building and people relationship skills and
abilities.Perform other duties as assigned.Lead by example to build
constructive relationships by taking the initiative to make things
better.Mental/Visual Requirements:Flow of work and character of
duties involve normal mental and visual attention to perform daily
assignments. Ability to work with and for all departments of
Allied. Required to successfully complete "Authorized"
Lockout/Tagout training. Required to successfully complete training
to operate all forklifts and man lifts. Concentrated attention and
coordination required to analyze product drawings, review
applications, and use computer aided drafting and design system to
create and develop detailed drawings and designs. Excellent
planning and organizational skills.Physical Demands:Ability to lift
and move parts and supplies with assistance. Supplies may weigh up
to 75 pounds. Adaptable to changing work environment, competing
demands, projects, and priorities. Be able to work different shifts
and hours needed to keep production levels
up.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
preferred (or related degree), preferably with some on the job
experience in this field. An associate degree in engineering will
be considered with appropriate level of experience or 5 years'
experience in an equivalent field. Hands on experience with molding
machines, robotics and auxiliary equipment
