Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - 1st shift- up to 26/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team and operate CNC machinery, primarily horizontals, in a production-based machining role. As an operator, you will ensure parts are accurately produced by pushing buttons and checking them as they come out. Your role will involve using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, as well as reading blueprints to verify the correctness of the parts. Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery, focusing mainly on horizontal machines. Engage in production-based machining by following button-pushing procedures. Assist with machine setup and programming as required. Check parts for accuracy upon completion. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify measurements. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are manufactured correctly. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in CNC operation using mills or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Strong understanding of machine shop operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with horizontal CNC machines is preferred. Work Environment Work in a custom machine shop that operates across various divisions of metals. The shop accommodates over 50 employees, fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere. This position is for the 1st shift, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Perrysburg, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr. - direct placement - 401k offering - benefits day 31 Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Perrysburg,OH.
