Job Description:
This Fort Wayne, Indiana facility seeks a locum Interventional
Pain Physiatrist for a short term assignment this summer. If you'd
like to pick up some extra work (and have the potential to book
future dates as needed), here's an overview:
-Open dates are July 31st through August 5th, 8a-5p.
-Hourly rate plus on call pay (call is a possibility),
transportation, professional liability coverage, etc.
-Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient role. Will round on assigned
patients.
-Ideal candidates will have Indiana licensure due to the timeframe
involved.
