    • Additional on-call payWe are looking for a RN Case Manager for Home Health Care that is a team player with great work ethic and attention to detail. - The Case Manager will be accountable for making decisions based on his/her educational preparation and experience in nursing. - This RN Case Manager will -service -Angola, IN and the surrounding area. - - -The right candidate could start immediately.Requirements:
      • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
      • Current CPR certification
      • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
      • Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment.
      • Must have phlebotomy and IV experienceWorking Conditions & Physical Effort:
        • Must be comfortable visiting patient's in home
        • Occasional exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens and/or other potentially infectious or hazardous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
        • Able to constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and reach freely.
        • Able to frequently lift, reposition, and transfer patients. -ADA Specifications: -
          • Able to constantly travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment.
          • Work is normally performed in a residence, aggregate living facility, school or occupational setting.
          • Heavy physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling over 50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching and climbing stairs.At Interim Healthcare, the health and safety of our people is our number one priority. - We require COVID19 vaccination, or individuals with medical or religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from getting the vaccine may request an exemption from the vaccine requirement.
