Regional Account Director Strategic Growth Advisors, LLC, a national firm headquartered in Fort Wayne, IN, is an established retail design and concept development firm that partners with national retailers and financial institutions to provide market research, architectural and design/build services for renovations, additions and new build projects. SGA works with its clients to strategically analyze their current strengths, competitive profiles, product penetration and business objectives in order to identify future locations that maximize ROI. Expertise includes branch and site design, point of sale marketing, branding, smart bank technology integration, security, staffing and staff training. Opportunity As a Regional Account Director, you will build new relationships in a defined territory and aggressively hunt for new business opportunities. Your refined corporate image and advanced sales skills will enable you to interact on equal footing with Presidents and other C-suite executives of banks and credit unions in order to close sophisticated deals. Overnight travel will be required about once per week. Positions are currently available for the Great Lakes Area and the Central US. These positions will report directly to the Vice President of National Sales. Key Accountabilities

  • Prospect for new accounts through SGA's aggressive lead generation system and sales calls.
  • Schedule and attend several appointments per week with many "drop-in"/cold calls along the way.
  • Conduct strategic sales presentations with qualified prospects.
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts with C-suite executives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new as well as existing clients.
  • Travel approximately one overnight per week. Success Factors
    • Seven or more years of outside solution selling experience required.
    • Minimum five years current experience selling to C-level executives is a must.
    • Measurable, demonstrated success selling high-value, professional products or services in a competitive environment is required.
    • Polished, professional corporate image with exceptional communication skills.
    • A burning desire to succeed! Compensation and Benefits SGA will reward your talents with a lucrative compensation plan plus all the tools necessary for success. First year total compensation is expected to be $ 165K including a strong base, uncapped commissions and bonuses. Auto allowance and business expenses are reimbursed.
