treatment, workforce development training, early childhood mental

OhioGuidestone is seeking a qualified candidate to join our dynamic
leadership team! OhioGuidestone is a large, comprehensive
non-profit organization serving vulnerable children, families, and
adults through a variety of innovative and focused programs
spanning multiple counties throughout Ohio. In this role, you will
be responsible for supporting the Regional Vice President by
developing and executing strategic operating plans and goals for
assigned divisions/sites.
Essential Functions:
Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of Our Promise each

In conjunction with Regional VP, develop and execute strategic
operating plans and goals for assigned division/sites.
Support Regional VP in setting cultural tone; meet regularly with
extended team to ensure transparency, understanding, safety,
accountability and alignment
Manage financial and revenue growth, work with leadership team to
ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting and budgeting
processes.
Collaborate with community partners to support region needs; serve
as representative/brand ambassador for region (e.g. attend client
and community engagement events as requested or required).
Collaborate with leadership team to develop and refine processes to
continually improve operations and workflows; participate in
quality improvement projects (using lean or kaizen techniques) as
team lead or member of leadership team.
Promote clinical/service excellence to ensure staff and
client/patient satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns
through meaningful measures and interventions.
Ensure that each site meets all internal and external Standards of
Conduct as well as all COA, EAGLE, legal and regulatory
requirements.
Provide support and guidance to team members as needed to achieve
monthly and annual goals.
Collaborate with Human Resources to develop, implement, and
maintain effective strategies for the recruitment and retention of
a culturally diverse team; lead team members using a performance
support process that includes goal setting, routine feedback, and
ongoing development.
Create and sustain an organizational culture that fosters
inclusiveness and equity.
Demonstrate positive leadership, promote an inclusive work
environment and present the Agency in the most positive light with
all internal and external contacts.
Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new
responsibilities as requested or required.
Education & Experience:
Masters Degree required with a LISW or LPCC, in the field of
Counseling or Social Work
Possess a valid active State of Ohio LISW or LPCC
5+ years' experience in a behavioral health care setting leading
teams, providing supervision to Administrative and Clinical roles
and maintaining budgets.
Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with
other functional areas.

Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record
and valid insurance.
Successfully meet pre-employment drug screen, physical exam and
tuberculosis test requirements.
Successfully meet all pre-employment background requirements.
