• Patron Access Director of Sales and Marketing Frenchman Valley Coop has a current opening for the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role will provide oversight, direction, training and co-management of company sales strategies, goals and programs while working closely with all employees in sales roles. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales and objectives marketing plans and programs by working with Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed divisions to achieve sales targets and goals. In this role, you will collaborate with Vice Presidents and CEO future sales goals, training, and strategies to prepare for upcoming year / season while effectively communicating with Vice Presidents to determine and enforce individual sales goals, concerns or additional training needs and ensure follow up with VPs on progress. Must possess or have the ability to understand all industry specific products, trends, and changes across four divisions. In addition, this individual will conduct sales meetings and training as needed and in correlation to expectations of CEO and VP while providing standards, direction, and training on creating accurate records on all patron inputs, use, and business plans including recommendations, problems and all topics discussed with the producer.
