A company is looking for a Relationship Manager, Early
Stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, optimizing banking
and financial workflows
Proficiently manage a large portfolio, implementing operational
efficiency and client engagement processes
Upsell and cross-sell by introducing new features and products to
drive product value and revenue
Required Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles like Account
Management or Customer Success
Experience creating impact for customers while maintaining an eye
for process and detail
Excitement to create and shape new processes and workflows in a
fast-growing team
Excellent time management and prioritization skills across
concurrent projects
Effective at building strong relationships with internal
stakeholders and driving initiatives forward
