We are actively seeking a highly motivated and ambitious
individual to have the opportunity to lead our Fort Wayne, IN sales
team as an Area Business Manager and represent a
multimillion-dollar brand, Frontier Communications Inc. This
individual must have a successful history of managing teams.

As an Area Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in
driving your sales team's growth, and expanding your market share.
You will be responsible for morning team meetings, rotational
training virtually and in person ride alongs. You will manage a
team within a 55 mile radius. You will be responsible for building
relationships with clients, and promoting our products or services.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, managing
people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build
teams working in the field leading from the front by example.

Area Business Manager Responsibilities Involve:
Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training.
Connect with small to midsize businesses to establish B2B outside
sales.
Nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face
presentations.
Open communication and support with your team throughout each
day.
Share a full suite of Frontier Communications Inc. products and
services with local businesses.
Record and organize your sales, follow-ups, and client information
through our CRM daily.
Follow your playbook for success, and meet with each team member
1:1 for elevation meetings.
Work diligently with your recruiting team to find talent, and
assist with weekly hiring needs.
Conduct interviews and grow your team of 10-12 sales
professionals.
Occasionally meet with the executive team to check-in and gauge
market needs
