Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for programs in autonomy, systems
engineering, modeling & simulation, and platform engineering
Manage P&L, business goals, contractual requirements, and
growth initiatives for all programs within the portfolio
Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery from
inception to completion of all portfolio programs
Required Qualifications
Profit and Loss management experience of $10M+ per year or leading
multi-disciplined teams on complex programs
Experience leading small to medium-sized technical,
multi-functional engineering teams
Track record of achieving business growth through effective
strategizing and planning
Supervision experience for an organization of at least 15 team
members
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the
appropriate level
