You are a professional who has attained any acceptable qualifications such as: LSW, LPC or LISW, LPCC; ability to obtain an Ohio driver's license, maintain auto insurance, and earn CPR/First Aid certification, background check, and fingerprinting required. You are able to regularly use various computer applications requiring multiple logins, including those for communicating internally and externally, including Microsoft Office, as well as our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, often simultaneously. You must be persistent and patient as well as curious Write your next chapter: We are looking for someone who can provide mental health counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, and families in the natural environment of the client and be able to provide direct clinical treatment using methods prescribed by program principles and practices. You will engage primary caregiver and other essential participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. You will develop/maintain consultative and liaison relationships with other agencies, programs and individuals to cultivate working relationships, ensure adequate consumer care, provide consultative service and/or promote the coordination and development of mental health services. You will help develop Individual Treatment Plans and record client's progress, complete client outcome instrument, and maintain necessary records and files. You will maintain a strengths-based approach while working with clients and families to support the retention of dignity and the development of positive intrinsic qualities in the consumer; maintain fidelity to assigned program; ensure medical necessity of services.
