Job Description Job Description New Rates! Full Time - .9 FTE - (36 hours per pay period) Day shift Weekend Premium: 7a-7p Welcome Bonus eligible for up to $25,000! Lutheran Hospitals Neuro Med Surg is looking for new grads to seasoned RNs to join our team! Benefits include up to $25,000 Welcome Bonus and relocation bonus, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment for eligible positions! This is a 20 bed unit, with high acuity patient level, so you must be compassionate, confident, and adaptable, with good critical thinking skills to assess patient needs. Along with stroke, trauma and other neurological diagnosis, this unit cares for neuro-surgical and general med surg patients as well. Requirements and qualifications:ASN minimumValid Indiana RN licenseBLS within 90 days from hireAdditional certifications completed within 90 days 6 months from hireHiring new grads to experienced RNs As our RN's utilize their specialized skills, and unique training for each department, their dedication and commitment to our patients and the team set us apart!Recent grads can grow within our Nurse Residency program while experienced RN's can advance within the Clinical Advancement Program.
