Job Description:

Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, Indiana is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Neuro Med Surg team! We offer welcome bonus and relocation bonus up to $25,000, loan repayment, tuition reimbursement and excellent medical insurance benefits! Our Neuroscience Surgical department is a 24 bed unit seeing high acuity patients, so you must be confident, have an ability to adapt quickly, with have good critical thinking skills to assess patient needs. Patients in this unit may need additional physical assistance so we are looking for those who are able to provide compassionate care with dignity! Requirements and qualifications:

• ASN minimum
• Valid Indiana RN license
  • BLS within 90 days from hire
    • Additional certifications completed within 90 days - 6 months from hire
    • Hiring new grads to experienced RN's Recent grads can grow within our Nurse Residency program while experienced RN's can advance within the Clinical Advancement Program.
