Nurse Navigator (RN)
Primary responsibilities include professional nursing functions in the care of the patient, providing continuity of care between care in the Clinic Setting and the Hospital Setting. Facilitate the physician in seeing and discharging hospital patients in a timely, organized, and well documented manner. Scheduling and writing orders for procedures done in the hospital. As with all Lutheran Health Physicians positions, to always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current Indiana License as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support Certification Experience:
  • (3-5) years of experience nursing preferred. Education:
    • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing, RN program.
