Job Description:

Must have a BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE) Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA). Masters degree preferred. Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. Lead Six Sigma Black Belt preferred or willing to obtain. Nursing certification preferred or obtain within one year of hire. Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience required. Prefer experience with projects performance improvement and data. Proficiency in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in order to provide advice and counsel in situations requiring judgment timing and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others. Must have good data management skills attention to detail organizational and time management skills. Must be able to multi-task handle multiple stressors work under time constraints and meet deadlines. Must be flexible with work schedule. A moderate level of analytical ability is required.
