Job Description: Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring
experienced RNs with recent Medicare-certified visits experience
for home health contracts in Portage, Michigan, and the surrounding

RN Contract Details: $1,764 – $1,930 per week* 13-week contract SHC
Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit Nurse
will have a designated territory of coverage Average weekly
expectation is 30 units of productivity Home Health contracts with
SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified

Requirements: OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience Electronic
Charting experience Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing
experience (private duty does not qualify) Current Michigan RN
License American Heart Association BLS Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and
tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please
