7 pm - 7 am - Average daily census of 10 - 18 patients - Rounding
exclusively in pediatric unit - NP support available for most
shifts - Straight inpatient coverage no nursery duties - Manages
RSV, flu, COVID, and post-surgical cases - Required skills include
lumbar puncture and non-invasive ventilation management - Call
coverage moving towards 1:4 ratio - Paid malpractice insurance;
pre-paid travel and housing expenses - Assignment details and time
