Job Description:
Mercy Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible
Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our well-established practice at
Defiance Clinic in Defiance, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity
to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative
clinic hospital-based setting , with the added benefit of seamless
connections to larger tertiary centers within Mercy Health’s
regional network. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive
community environment, enjoy a diverse patient panel, and be eager
to grow a practice that serves both adult and geriatric
populations. Practice Highlights Balanced Schedule : Monday–Friday,
8-hour clinic days with shared call responsibility (weekend call as
assigned). Patient Volume : Average of 20–28 patients per day
(adult and geriatric). Procedures Commonly Performed :
Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy Myringotomy & Tube Placement Sinus
Surgery Thyroidectomy Septoplasty Frenulectomy Tympanoplasty
Parotidectomy Clinic Support : Dedicated LPNs and RNs, with access
to on-site RT, Radiology, Lab, and Sleep Lab. Ancillary Services :
Radiology, PT/OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, and access to
multiple specialty practices including surgery, cardiology, OB/GYN,
orthopedics, podiatry, wound care, neurology, oncology, pain
management, pulmonary, behavioral health, and more. Why Mercy
