Job Description Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg for a nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff A large, high-acuity hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple Med/Surg direct-hire openings. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want to grow in a fast-paced, modern healthcare environment with strong clinical support and diverse patient populations. RNs in these roles will provide comprehensive nursing care across a variety of Med/Surg units, including acute infections, chronic disease management, post-surgical recovery, and short-stay surgical patients. Nurses will be assigned a home unit but should be comfortable floating frequently to support the needs of the hospital. Ideal candidates have acute-care RN experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and familiarity with high-acuity settings. Experience in large hospitals (~900 beds), Trauma Level I or II, or travel RN experience is strongly preferred. Epic experience is required. These positions offer competitive compensation, relocation assistance, and up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
