of physicians and advanced practice providers in suburban Fort
Wayne, Indiana. This lucrative and foundational position is part of
IU Health's strategic growth plan. Partner with a robust primary
care referral base; in a catchment area over 375,000, to build your
successful practice. Enjoy an autonomous practice with APP support,
in IU Health's newest hospital location, scheduled to open its
doors in 2027. We are looking for a start date of fall 2026.

Schedule - open to nocturnist role as well Diverse patient
population Qualifications: Candidate must be Board Eligible or
Board Certified Requires fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care or
Critical Care Open to current fellows and practicing physicians
Compensation Details: Income guaranteed, production incentive, and
