enthusiastic Anesthesiologist to join growing practice Committed to

direction generally 1:3, sometimes 1:4 Call approximately 1:5 which
is home call, post call day off Cover mainly 1 Hospital and minimal
vacation coverage for 2nd Hospital Practice team includes 7
full-time physicians, 15 full-time CRNAs with several solid PRN
CRNAs Care team model with medical direction generally 1:3,
sometimes 1:4 Collegial work environment, good administrative
support and relationship Nonprofit, independent community hospital
with A Moody rating in NW Ohio Cardiac, neuro, ortho, general,
urology, gynecological surgery, ENT, Low-risk obstetrics ( 1500
deliveries/year) Primary Stroke Center, Level II Special Care
Nursery Mayo Clinic Care Network Member Compensation MGMA 55th
percentile plus wRVU production bonus Signing bonus, relocation
stipend, student loan reimbursement all negotiable as part of a
