Indiana University Health, Indiana's most comprehensive and

join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are in the early
stages of developing a new healthcare facility, and we are looking
for passionate and skilled professionals to join us as we prepare
to launch this exciting new chapter in patient care. Job Overview:
A mix of inpatient and outpatient work General urology practice
Monday through Friday schedule with some on-call duties Flexibility
as we build and shape this new facility Qualifications: Must be
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology Completed residency
training in Urology Open to both new graduates and practicing
physicians Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license

Healthcare System/Hospital Description Delivering on our vision to

2018. Currently, IU Health operates four primary care clinics, two
urgent cares, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area. A
40,000-square foot accredited ambulatory care center opened in
