Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days,
nights - Employment Type: Travel Lutheran Hospital Tele ACT
position Shift: 7A-7:30P every other weekend, Holidays required,
block schedule approved Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, IN
state license Scope of the role: (dept specifics, etc.) Cardiac
Telemetry patients with focus on Heart Failure patients Number of
beds in unit: 24 Ratio: 1:5-6 Floating required EMR: cerner 36 or
48 hour option
