Kingston at Dupont is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide
exceptional care and clinical leadership in our Memory Care and
Assisted Living community . This is your chance to support
residents with dignity, guide nursing staff, and be part of a
mission-driven team that values your expertise. What You’ll Do
Provide professional, compassionate nursing care in Memory Care and
Assisted Living settings Safely administer medications, treatments,
and wound care with accuracy Monitor and document changes in
resident health, responding promptly and effectively Support
residents living with dementia using person-centered, empathetic
care approaches Supervise, mentor, and guide LPNs and CNAs to
maintain high standards of care Collaborate with physicians,
therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure
coordinated care Foster a safe, supportive, and resident-first
environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Indiana (required) CPR certification required Experience in Memory
Care, Assisted Living, or long-term care preferred Strong clinical
judgment, leadership, and communication skills Compassionate,
dependable, and team-oriented mindset Dedication to supporting
