Health (Contract) Location: Logansport, IN Contract Length: 3
Months (90 Days) – Extension Possible Shift: Day Shift | Onsite
Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $48/hour (W2) Shift Options 6:00 AM –
2:00 PM (Monday–Thursday & Saturday) 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Tuesday–Friday & Saturday) Hours vary based on assigned schedule
Position Overview An onsite occupational health facility is seeking
a Registered Nurse to support employee health services. This role
focuses on providing care for work-related and non-work-related
conditions, responding to medical emergencies, performing first
aid, and completing post-offer health screenings. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for occupational and general health concerns
Respond to emergencies, stabilize patients, and administer first
aid Perform post-offer medical evaluations for new employees
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation Ensure
compliance with privacy and health regulations Complete additional
duties as assigned Qualifications Active, unrestricted Indiana RN
license Registered Nurse (RN) credential required Minimum 2 years
