Omni-Channel (Fulfillment) Associate Duties:Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including: Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processesParticipate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processesFulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standardsAssist in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping ordersAssist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standardsAssist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack, and staging the orders for customer pickupSupport the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stage/holding area in a timely mannerAssist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.Qualifications
Success Profile:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years of Retail, warehouse, or shipping experience preferredFlexible availability - including early morning, nights/overnights, weekend, and holidaysStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively DICK'S Sporting Goods is an Equal Opportunity Employer Committed to Inclusion and Diversity.
