As a Recruiter, you provide superior service at all times to our Hiring Managers and Human Resource team. This includes but is not limited to performing various administrative functions in the office-Responsible for developing and utilizing a variety of innovative strategies to recruit and source candidates for both current and future needs.At Superior Auto, we seek driven individuals with a positive winning attitude.   • Develops and maintains adequate talent pool to meet current and future needs.
  • Continually initiates innovative recruiting techniques and programs to meet the needs of a changing job market.
  • Utilizes technological and social media platforms to expand recruiting sources.
  • Develops liaisons and relationships with colleges, Workforce Development and other sources in existing and future communities.
  • Participates in job fairs throughout the year - both college fairs and non-college fairs. Hosts SuperiorAuto/SAC Finance job fairs.
    • Demonstrates a consultative approach to recruiting when interacting with field management.
    • Other duties as assigned by a leader.COMPETENCIES:
