Come grow with us.Job DescriptionSchedule: M-F, 7am-5pm...mandatory Saturdays during the warmer busier months (Saturdays: 7am to around 3pm).Starting rate: $17.50/hr plus O/TLocation: Waterloo, IndianaEmbrace and follow safe work practices at all timesWork effectively outside in various weather conditionsComfortable with physically demanding workEvaluate and sort palletsSafely use pneumatic nail gunsEnsure proper inventory procedures and reporting are followedPerform other related duties as assigned.May work to support production or yard operations on a short term or fill in basis.QualificationsAbility to follow documented procedures and standards.Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure quality is maintainedAbility to keep accurate records.Familiarity working with power tools is a plusExcellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.Comfortable working with target rates of prodcutionAdditional InformationPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
