Job Description We are looking for people with a positive attitude, fit out culture, and values. Prior staffing and recruiting experience required. SCP Limited, Inc. is a leading vertically integrated developer and manufacturer of hot surface igniters for gas appliances including furnaces, ranges, gas ovens, and hot water heaters. We build hot surface igniters using a proprietary process, and the result is incomparable quality. Our company strives to be an example of our impassioned vision - to ignite a better tomorrow in everything we do Key Responsibilities Coordinates the recruiting process, interview scheduling, hiring process, applicant tracking and record keeping requirements. Screens candidates, conducts interviews, and hires with management approval. Organizes and conducts new employee orientation; creates a positive first experience of the company and serves as a role model for SCP values. Creates and maintains personnel files. Keeps filing organized and up to date Serves as backup payroll administrator for vacation coverage Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Performs benefit-related reconciliations, audits and recommends corrective action Responds to inquiries regarding benefit programs and educates and supports employees in benefits enrollment Provides administrative support to President and executive team as needed, including meeting coordination and event planning Coordinates lunches for onsite meetings and events Checks PO box and mail daily and makes check deposits as necessary Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience required 1-3 years of benefits experience preferred Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to deliver high level of customer service and proven track record of following through with assignments. Strong computer skills to include all Microsoft Office applications
