Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry and mid-level, high volume positions and managerial, technical, and/or professional positions. Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry and mid-level, high volume positions and managerial, technical, and/or professional positions. #CB #LI-Post #INDExempt Requirements Bachelor's degree or minimum of 8 (eight) years equivalent work experience A minimum of 2 (two) years experience in a related area ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: General knowledge of functional area(s) assigned Must have business perspective Responsibilities Additional Responsibilities include: Source, screen, interview and refer candidates to hiring manager Determine best approach to fill assigned positions Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters Maintain effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting Promote Ryder as an employer of choice Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions Work in compliance with established procedures and protocols Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
