Job Description Have you ever wanted to be an employee owner? We
are looking for a motivated Senior Systems Administrator to join
our team As a Senior Systems Administrator you are responsible for
maintaining, designing, and deploying network infrastructure and
systems. As a Senior engineer you are responsible for handling
escalated technical issues from your team members. You will provide
assistance using a variety of remote support platforms as well as
on-site when required. You will communicate with the internal
client over the phone, email or in person. You will analyze issues
based on details provided by internal clients, vendors, and
information provided by the previous support representatives. You
will research issues to identify and implement an appropriate
solution in accordance with documented procedures. You will
document all internal client contact noting troubleshooting,
resolution, or escalation. You must demonstrate strong customer
service skills as you will be assisting co-workers seeking
resolution to technical issues. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Manage and
maintain the following systems / platforms: Hybrid Azure Active
Directory Environment Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams, Exchange
Online, and OneDrive Email Security and Archiving Scale Computing
Hyperconverged Clusters Disaster Recovery processes Data backup and
restore Cisco Unified Communications platform including Unified
Contact Center Express Security and Access Control Platform Video
Surveillance Platform Network Infrastructure LAN/WAN/WLAN WebEx VDI
(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) platform Line of Business
Application Firewalls Responsible for configuration and deploying
new core equipment in conjunction with equipment refresh
initiatives. Troubleshoot, problem solve, and coordinate warranty
work for broken equipment with vendors. Serve as escalation for
issues that require higher level of support or onsite support.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone,
email, or text in a professional courteous manner. Perform remote
and onsite remediation through diagnostic techniques and pertinent
questions, Maintain detailed product knowledge of all supported
products and solutions to support all aspects of our platforms. Log
all internal client interactions. Recognizing and escalating issues
when additional skillsets are needed. Ensures internal client
satisfaction and practices effective client relation skills. Follow
up with users to complete the resolution and ensure client
satisfaction. Provide training to internal clients and Corporate IT
team on products installed. Provide third party vendor management
for Managed Service Internal clients. Work closely with the BI Data
Analyst Work closely with the Chief Security Officer to maintain
network security. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: -- Maximize internal
client satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support. --
Follow standard call center procedures. -- Communicate and interact
with internal clients, service, sales, and administrative staff in
a courteous and professional manner -- Lead assigned special
projects POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: -- Bachelor---s Degree in
Computer Science or related field or equivalent with a demonstrated
successful work history. o MCSE or equivalent experience a plus o
Software Vendor Certifications are a plus o Field Engineer FE grade
6 o 4 years--- experience in a Help Desk or NOC Proven technical
ability in the following: Azure Active Directory and on-premises AD
(Active Directory) Microsoft Exchange Online Microsoft SharePoint
and Teams Networking Concepts Virtualization Technologies Network
Security Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities Excellent communication skills Excellent time management
abilities Keen attention to detail and interest in problem-solving.
Ability to know when to escalate issues Accepts responsibility and
is accountable for high-quality results Ability to push/pull and/or
lift 25/50/75 pounds regularly. -- Must be able to travel to other
branches and client locations to provide support as well as for
