Job Description:
Join Hogan1, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, as
a Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver. In this role, you will be a key
player in our mission to provide outstanding logistics services and
deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will handle critical
transport assignments, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods
while upholding the highest standards of service and compliance.
Operate a tractor-trailer or flatbed truck in accordance with
company and federal safety regulations. Ensure timely delivery of
freight over long distances to various destinations, adhering to
planned routes and schedules. Perform pre-trip and post-trip
inspections of the vehicle, reporting any safety issues and keeping
the vehicle in good condition. Load and unload cargo, securing it
properly and ensuring that it is not damaged during transport.
Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service status,
complying with federal Hours of Service regulations and other
applicable laws. Communicate effectively with dispatch and
logistics staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries, address
changes in schedule, and report any incidents or special
circumstances. Adhere to all safety requirements of Hogan1 and
maintain a safe working environment. Proficient in operating
commercial trucks and understanding navigation and logistics
software. Strong time management and organizational skills to
effectively handle scheduling and routing. Excellent driving skills
with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to perform minor
vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot common issues. Good physical
health to manage the demands of long-haul trucking. Medical
