GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for implementing and coordinating continuous
improvement initiatives utilizing 80/20 to ensure the company is
effectively and efficiently utilizing Global resources. Responsible
for creating, outlining, and developing initiatives by designing
project goals and success markers, and determining how success will
be measured and tracked. Ensures initiatives remain on time and on
budget and help motivate team members to hit goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Become subject matter expert for 80/20 initiative and similar
resource management projects.
Establishes and manages the implementation of strategic plans to
ensure the market share growth and profitability of products while
removing complexity within our global organization.
Communicates with customers, management, internal departments,
and vendors to coordinate the overall resource efforts in
accordance with corporate goals.
Responsible for training internal and external customers with
regard to continuous improvement using the 80/20 process.
Accountable for technical data and processes that drive the
correct actions to internal and external customers and the
