Serves as the primary liaison to physicians, patients, family
members, and hospital staff for all patient triage, admission, bed
assignment, transfer and transport activities in and out of the
Lutheran Hospital health care system. Evaluates, processes, tracks,
facilitates, documents and coordinates activities. Provides
technical leadership and guidance to communication center support
staff to facilitate patient care needs.
Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life and Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D), Supplemental Life and AD&D, and
Dependent Life and AD&D Insurance.
IN LPN license.
Preferred: One year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital
setting; prior experience in a critical care or emergency
environment a plus.
