Job Description:
Looking to further your administrative career? We have the
position for you! We are currently looking for receptionist to join
our premier law firm partner here in Fort Wayne. This position
requires detail organizational skills, to work efficiently with
little supervision, and to provide support to the law firm with
being the first line of contact for anyone who walks into their
establishment. This is a temp to hire position. - Hours: -Monday -
Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-4p Pay: $13-$14/hour depending on
experience Daily Duties include:
- Customer service - being the main point of contact when clients
walk in
- Be able to use a multi-dial phone system
- Retrieve and open mail every morning.
- Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate
departments
- Manage inbound and out bound deliveries
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist the operations manager with tasks as needed. Position
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Customer service experience
- Previous administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite - REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication
