  Position Summary
  
  Resident Care Assistants aid with care within the scope of practice based on the individual needs of the residents. They promote the physical, mental, nutritional, and emotional well-being of the residents.
  
  What to expect
  
  
  • Develop relationships with residents to individually tailor their care
    
  • Assist and transport residents to and from where they need to go
    
  • Report unusual symptoms and changes observed to the charge nurse
    
  • Contribute to the tidiness of residents' rooms, closets, and drawers
    
  • Communicates verbally with residents while carrying out processes
