This role works on the Employee Experience Total Rewards Team to research, design, implement, communicate and maintain a variety of compensation programs with a focus on customer service, legal compliance and accuracy. Compensation duties include responding to and collecting data from published surveys, market analysis, job description evaluations/pricing and assisting in compensation communications and education. This position interacts with staff level employees as well as management and physician groups-serving as a collaborative resource for the employee experience team and leadership.
Department Specific Job Details:
Responsibilities include:

• Support all aspects of the compensation program
• Submit survey data by deadlines; completes survey data and ensures accurate job matches
• Maintains compensation data and survey data to ensure it's the most current data
• Review and price job descriptions based on current market data
• Maintain all job descriptions making sure that they are kept up to date by the leader/owner of the JD
• Assist in processing annual increases accurately in Workday
• Assist in processing annual bonus program accurately in Workday
• Assist in annual review of all pay practices
• Responsible for ongoing education to staff and leaders regarding compensation and total rewards
  
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor's Degree (required)
  
  Master's Degree (preferred)
  PHR Certification (preferred)
  CCP Certification (or must complete within one year)
  Total Rewards experience with an emphasis in compensation in a health care setting 5+ years
  Other skill/competencies required (communication skills, computer skills, customer service skills, etc.) Strong analytical skills
  Problem solving skills
  MS Office skills with strong Excel skills
  Compensation Survey Techniques
  Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  
  Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
  
  Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills with all levels of the organization
  
  Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize
  
  Workday experience preferred
  
  This role has the flexibility to work remote
