• Troubleshooting of machinery, performing minor repairs as necessary
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, control plans, and routers
• Exceed quality standards set by customers and the facility
• Flexibility to move to different work areas to assist other departments
• Promote cooperation and teamwork
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, to ensure the safety and efficiency of job performance and the manufacturing team
• Use of scales, calipers, adjustable, direct reading, and fixed gauges
