They will represent their teams in multi-team architecture efforts, and they will provide technical leadership and design leadership within their teams or areas of responsibility.Part of our three year strategy plan we are investing in digital transformation and new technology. Our vision is for Profiles to be recognized as the global authority for high quality recurring panel needs. Part of this is to develop an unique combination of best in class community management, sample monetization and commercial excellence (Superior Delivery Engine). The Superior Delivery Engine (SDE) is driving best-in-class class management of our panelist community and market leading monetization of our sample. Therefor we are currently recruiting two new teams within the technology department for the Profiles division. SDE is an umbrella for the programmer where we build a plethora of smarter tools and algorithms; f.e. smarter targeting, smarter screening, cleaner data, new mobile app, sample blending tolls, panel management tools and more will be developed in the future.
